Date of birth

Citation is needed for the stated date of birth. I found an article in The Sun with this date, https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/6368537/afua-hirsch-journalist-nelson-column/, but I am not sure The Sun counts as WP:RELIABLE, and also, this might be a case of WP:CIRCULAR information: it might very well be the case that The Sun copied this date of birth from Wikipedia in the first place.
